Since releasing his debut EP, It’s Getting Too Late To Say It’s Early, in 2008, Erick Baker’s powerful voice has been heard from his home state of Tennessee all the way across the country while touring with artists like John Legend, James Blunt, Gavin Degraw, Goo Goo Dolls, Grace Potter, Brandi Carlisle and Heart. Baker’s deeply personal songs are a combination of rock, folk, soul, blues, and country, sung with aching intensity and haunting lyrical honesty, that are connecting with fans across demographic lines. On stage, the passion of his performance and the weight of his words give his shows the power to open wounds and mend them at the same time. Baker just finished recording his second full length album, Goodbye June, produced by Ken Coomer (Wilco, Uncle Tupelo), which is set to release in early 2012.
