General Discussion: Colin Meloy back in Appalachia: Orange Peel 4.11



I can't wait to see Colin Meloy again. The Decemberists show at the Tennessee Theatre last spring was just amazing. When the whale attacked the band during "Mariner's Revenge Song" at the end I freaked. I believe I may have wet my dungarees.





Seeing the Decemberists at the Tennessee Theatre AND at Bonnaroo were highlights of 2007 for me. I'm really curious what Colin' solo shows are like. His nerd hotness probably goes up exponentially. He ROCKS the seersucker suit!





i actually had the crazy luck to run into colin backstage at roo last year of course i didn't have the guts to actually say anything...the seersucker looks even better close up, though.





i like the way he sings, i'll bet he has a strong solo show.
