Well, since I'm not the only person with Sundown on the brain, let's also talk about food (which is always on my brain).

What foods would you love to be able to buy on the Square? My vote is for:

veggie egg rolls from Koi





Cades cove bbq





Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food from Ephesus.

yes. ephesus is the jam. i wish they had some delish hippie burritos at sundown like they do at festivals. somehow festival food is always waaaay better than regular food.

and ice cream!





they need a Moe's burrito stand... that would be awesome!





salads or fish of some sort.
