the Omaha Stylee is gonna rock the Orange Peel, 311's such a fun show, hope to hear old tunes from "the Omaha Sessions" & "Grassroots" that would be nice, i'm feelin' a "who's got the herb?" that would be dank...

My brother is a HUGE 311 fan, and he's really psyched about this show. I think it'll be the smallest venue he's seen them in in many years. And it will be in sharp contrast to the 311 Day show, which is now at a huge arena in New Orleans.

I cannot effin' wait I am so stoked 311 is my band. I have been followin' these Omaha boys for 10 years now, loved every minute of it.
My brother said it was off the hook. And crowded. I also heard they hardly played any new or recent songs, that the setlist was mostly old stuff & fan favorites. What a cool band.

i actually really love the grass roots album.
yeah, grassroots is tight...they played applied science from that with their typical insane full-band drum solo--and chad's kit is super-huge now, which is killer.
they also played taiyed and lucky from that album i believe, along with some non-album songs like Let the Cards Fall and their cover of Love Song, and then some Blue Album stuff like Don't Stay Home, Down, All Mixed Up, some Music songs like Nix Hex, Do You Right.....man it was a killer set.
I was very happy.
