Memphis Botanic Garden is proud to announce the lineup for this summer’s Live at the Garden concert series. This year’s series kicks off June 4 with ZZ Top and continues with the Steve Miller Band on June 25, Michael McDonald & Boz Scaggs on July 8, Huey Lewis & The News on July 22, and comes to a close on August 12 with the Goo Goo Dolls featuring special guest Michelle Branch.
The highly successful Live at the Garden series, now in its 11th year, is held on the grounds of the beautiful Memphis Botanic Garden and has the capacity to hold 6,500 concertgoers.
“We are very excited about this year’s line-up and feel like there is something for everyone. The great thing about Live at the Garden is that it is a total experience, not just a concert,” says Sherry Misner, Co-Director.
Live at the Garden offers reserved seating tables and an open seating lawn. Lawn patrons are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy a picnic on the grounds while watching some of the most exciting entertainers to ever visit the Mid-south. All patrons are welcome to bring their own food and beverages or may opt to utilize any of several on-site food vendors. Pre-order catering is also available for pick up upon arrival.
Lawn tickets are $39 each plus handling fees. Season Lawn passes are $175 for the 5-show series and go on sale Monday, April 4. All individual show tickets go on sale Monday, April 18. Tickets can be purchased at www.ticketmaster.com or any area Schnuck’s store.
